Meet Alanna

Alanna Dible is an Audit Partner at Gursey Schneider with decades of experience in audit, assurance, and advisory services. She brings a global perspective to complex accounting challenges, having worked with founder-led businesses, multinational enterprises, and high-growth consumer brands operating across the United States and internationally. Alanna’s industry expertise is concentrated in beauty, skincare, fragrance, luxury consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, food and beverage, and technology, all sectors where financial reporting complexity, international operations, and strategic growth intersect. She advises executive leadership teams and boards on risk management, internal controls, financial reporting, and significant business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Her technical fluency spans U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement preparation for both public and private companies.

Before joining Gursey Schneider, Alanna served as an Audit Partner at a multinational accounting and advisory firm in Los Angeles, where she led a diverse client portfolio and played a significant role in the firm’s audit and assurance practice. She is known for building lasting client relationships and for the development of the professionals she has mentored throughout her career.

Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Alanna began her accounting career in the United Kingdom before relocating to Los Angeles to help build out a West Coast audit and assurance practice. That path has given her firsthand experience navigating the accounting and regulatory environments on both sides of the Atlantic.

Alanna is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University and holds dual credentials as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California. She was named a 2025 Los Angeles Times Beauty and Fashion Visionary, and has been twice recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Woman of Influence in Accounting.

In her free time, Alanna enjoys playing with her three pups, culinary adventures and the southern California sunshine.
