401(k) & Retirement Savings Plan – Gursey Schneider offers a 401(k) plan to benefits-eligible employees, as well as a Profit-Sharing Plan in which the firm contributes 5% of an employee’s annual salary each year, once eligibility requirements are met.
Medical, Dental and Vision Plans – We offer various medical, dental, and vision options to eligible employees, which includes HMO, EPO, HDHP, and PPO plans. Gursey Schneider covers 100% of the premium for benefits-eligible employees for the base HMO plan. Dependent coverage and plan upgrade options are available.
Flexible Spending Accounts – Employees may participate in flexible spending accounts to help with out-of-pocket costs for health care and dependent day care. These accounts allow you to contribute pre-tax dollars that can be used for eligible medical, dental, vision, and childcare expenses.
